The Metal Expedition: Vol. I
Pune, get ready! Think Metal Corporation and Set Me Free will be hosting The Metal Expedition: Vol. I on the 7th and 8th of March, 2015. The two day event, a brainchild of Niranjan Deshpande of Think Metal Corporation, will be paying tribute to the following legendary bands -- Rush
- Dio
- Scorpions
- Alice Cooper
- Black Sabbath
- Metallica
- Megadeth
- Iron Maiden
- Judas Priest
- Pantera
Apart from the music, the event spreads its blend of uniqueness to include Metal Art on sale at the venue and a special campaign called - "Patronize the Rising - Donation Campaign for Orphans" to raise funds for the needy.
In a bid to present the show as a music and arts event, there will be special metal art section in the venue where one can purchase sketches, paintings and other items on display. The stage and venue will be decorated in a special them just for the show, to enhance the experience at the venue. Pune based bands Silver will be an active part of the tribute show on the 7th of March, with a few other surprises in store from the organisers.Day 2 of the event will be hosted by Set Me Free Events, with an amazing powerpacked lineup consisting of -

Early bird passes are avaliable for Rs. 300. The price at the gates would be Rs 350 for single day on the day of the event. Two day passes are priced at Rs. 550.
